Identity concept “Perspectives” created for Plus One, an internal podcast

Friendly and versatile, this identity invites audiences in, giving them intriguing glimpses of guests’ passions, pursuits and personalities.

Identity concept “Waves” created for Plus One, an internal podcast

Inspired by sound waves, this identity suggests transformation. It’s about initiating open-ended conversations, then seeing where they lead.

Android 13 sculpture concept “Come together”:
An artful, unexpected interpretation of the number 13, this installation brings people together in a public space and commemorates the launch of Android 13. Inside each seat, layers of sand in different colors provide stability and evoke the layers of tiramisu (the “IYKYK” dessert of Android 13). Inspired by the notion of ambient technology taking a back seat so we can live freely, “Come together” uses a material that’s “barely there” while still being functional, safe and durable. Android 13 sculpture concept “Exquisite corpse”:
Layered in both structure and meaning, this interactive sculpture invites discovery and celebrates creation, choice and possibility. Illustration by Jordan Domont

“Exquisite corpse” in 2D:
Translucent areas let in light to create ever-changing plays of light and shadow, along with printed panels and mirrors that make people a part of the experience. Cut out apertures in one Android robot head reveal a clue or destination (location or URL) to claim a prize.

Android 13 sculpture concept “Free play”:
What if we left 13 objects on the lawn and then let Googlers play? Branded in Android colors, each “block” would be big enough to climb, sit on or stand in. Forms would encourage people to build and create — or individual blocks could be “liberated” and moved and used around campus. If kept indoors, the blocks could be large, stuffed pillows covered in durable fabrics. Illustration by Jordan Domont
